Here is a brief history on the Mazda RX-7 Model: The first generation had its largest facelift in 1981 and continued through the 1983 model year. For many reasons, Mazda added more aerodynamic front and rear bumpers, and wider trimming which blended into the bumpers much more efficiently. A redesigned much better looking front spoiler was added. For emissions sake a pair of catalytic converters were added and a 'split-air' exhaust system was added. This system pumped fresh air from the air pump to either the exhaust ports or the second catalytic converter, to reduce emissions a 'shutter valve' in the intake manifold was designed to shut off the gas and air from the rear rotor while the car was decelerating. This raised the city and highway gas mileage by about 20%! New, redesigned alloys was another exterior change for the Generation 1 models. The GSL model replaced the Leather Sport package. This beautiful First Generation F Model 1952 Ford F1 Pick up is presented in Coral Flame Red with Tan interior. It has a beautiful oak bed and a 239 cu in 100hp Flathead V8 backed up by a 3 speed ' On the Tree' manual Transmission. It has been completely restored that shows a quality FORD TRUCK. In the last year of the Bonus Built series, Ford introduced an overhead-valve 215-cid six-cylinder engine, rated at 101 horsepower. The flathead V-8, still at 239-cid, got a bump in compression ratio, increasing output to 106 horsepower. Hood trim was revamped, and front grille color was changed from silver to white, This one has the color matched with Chrome. The first F-Series truck (known as the Ford Bonus-Built) was introduced in 1948 as a replacement for the previous car-based pickup line introduced in 1941. It had a flat, one-piece windshield and integrated headlamps.[1] It had a wider cab.[1] Options included the 'See-Clear' windshield washer (operated by foot plunger), passenger-side windshield wiper & sun visor, and passenger-side taillight. Design of the F-Series truck changed tremendously from 1950 to 1954. From 1948 to 1950, the grill was a series of horizontal bars and the headlights were set into the fenders. For 1951 and 1952, the headlights were connected by a wide aerodynamic cross piece with three similarly aerodynamic supports. The rear window was wider in the later trucks and the dashboard was redesigned. F-Series trucks were assembled at sixteen different Ford factories. This 1990 ZR1 with only 127 miles on it is presented in Bright red with black interior. This time capsule ZR1 is in wonderful condition and some say that In the history of the automobile, few cars were anticipated as much as the Corvette ZR1. The rumors had been circulating for almost three years before one was available for purchase in the early 90's. The hype was not Chevrolet's doing - car enthusiasts were eager for any and all scraps of information and the magazines did what they could. The ZR1 ID on the option list was a tribute to the special ZR1 high performance package available for 1970-72 Corvettes which was shorthand for Zora Racers. This was a serious racing package costing approximately $1,000 and featured the much admired LT1 engine. King of the Hill was an internal and supposedly unofficial working title around GM for the ZR1 project. This is lowest mileage ZR1 that we know of and will only continue to go up in Value! Here is what we know about the 1990 ZR1.The C4 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 was first produced in 1990 and ended in 1995 after 6,939 vehicles came off the line. General Motors approached Lotus in 1986, which was part of GM then, and asked for their help developing a high-performance car to be based on the C4 Vette. Lotus then designed an engine, with the assistance of GM Corvette team to replace the original push-rod L98 V-8, which was the motor that powered the C4 Chevy Corvette. The motor the designers created was an aluminum-block V-8 that had the identical bore centers as the L98 but had 32 valves and four overhead cams. Lotus also engineered an exclusive air-management system that allowed the engine to shut off eight of the 16 fuel injectors and intake runners when the motor was at part throttle. At full-throttle the ZR1 developed 375 hp. Having nowhere to produce the new engine, GM farmed out the project to Mercury Marine a marine engine manufacturer located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a 327ci L79 V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The 327ci L79 V8 features an aftermarket Edelbrock Pro-Flo electronic fuel-injection system in place of the factory Holley carburetor. The car was refurbished during previous ownership, including a repaint in Rally Red, a replacement red leather interior, and the installation of an Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel-injection system. Other equipment includes disc brakes, a black soft top, and a Big Block stinger hood. Repainted in Rally Red during a refurbishment performed under previous ownership additional chrome trim was added at this time, as was the black and red stinger hood, black soft top, Steel 15? rally wheels wear 205/75 redline tires from Coker Classic, as well as center caps indicating the presence of disc brakes at all four wheels.
