The 327ci L79 V8 was rated at 350 horsepower by the factory when new. The engine block number matches the last six digits stamped on the chassis tag, while the code to the right contains an HT suffix indicating an L79 327/350 V8. This Deep Night Blue 1987 Jeep J10 Honcho was originally built at the Toledo, Ohio plant. It SOLD on July 27, 1987 in Winter Haven, Florida. It was built with a 4.2L In-Line 6 cylinder with a 4spd manual transmission with an Automatic Floor shifter for the transfer case. Over the years the owners decided to upgrade it with a 2003 Yukon/Denali drivetrain. The original 6 cylinder has been replaced with a 2003 6.0 Liter V8 with around 320hp thats back by a 4L60E 4 speed Automatic transmission. They removed the original bench seat and replaced it with Recaro style bucket seats with armrest storage. It has BF Goodrich Radial T/A 285 70R17 tires mounted on rims with bead locks.
